其次、要做好患者的生活护理。从医学研究可以知道我们的癫痫患者在生活中要合理的安排好作息时间和饮食规律，因为这样对于患者的康复是有很多的帮助的。同时我们的患者可以在生活中适当做一些运动，来增加自己的身体素质，但是一定要记住不能过度劳累，患者可以进行一些慢跑、瑜伽、太极等等方面的运动。同时我们的患者还应该避免熬夜，因为从临床研究知道癫痫患者的睡眠不足，是很容易导致癫痫的发作，正是因为这些所以我们的患者一定要安排好自己作息时间。还有患者在饮食方面也要忌过饥过饱、暴饮暴食的情况发生，患者们更应该要要忌烟、酒、咖啡、浓茶、碳酸饮料、辛辣食物等等这方面的食物。因为这些因素的很容易导致癫痫病发作的，所以患者们在生活中一定要注意这些因素的发生。
