为什么小儿癫痫易复发?主要是这3件事没做好!

儿童是癫痫的高发人群，癫痫多次发作可能会对大脑带来不可逆影响。很多家长对癫痫没有正确认知，治疗不规范或不积极，都会影响治疗效果，导致病情反复发作。

为什么儿童癫痫容易复发?

1、不良的生活习惯

不良习惯会诱发癫痫多次发作。很多患儿精神承受能力以及体质差，受到不良刺激时，会导致病情复发，如暴饮暴食、一次性喝太多水以及喝兴奋性饮料、吃辛辣刺激性食物等。家长要合理安排孩子饮食和睡眠，一日三餐定时定量，不能过饱过饥。平时多跟孩子沟通和交流，提供良好的心理和生活环境。

2、没有经过科学规范治疗

大部分小儿癫痫复发和没有经过系统、全面以及彻底治疗关系密切。看到孩子有病就乱投医或没有经过规范性治疗，影响病情控制。也有部分家长因为孩子患有疾病，会感觉羞耻而逃避就医，延误最佳的治疗时间。

3、没有坚持规律用药

很多人对癫痫病没有正确认识，认为口吐白沫和全身抽搐才是癫痫，延误最佳的治疗时间。此外，部分家长担心药物有副作用，没有按照医生嘱咐用药，病情发作时吃药不发作就不吃药。这样影响治疗效果，必须严格按照医生嘱咐使用药物，不能突然停药或减药。除此之外，也有很多家长私自给孩子用药，如听信所谓的偏方和秘方、乱用其他类型的抗癫痫药物等，都会导致病情加重。

如何减少小儿癫痫发作次数?

选择正规医院治疗癫痫，找到病因规范性治疗，不能轻信所谓的江湖郎中或秘方。听从医生建议换药或加药，不能随意减药或停药，用药要按时按量。合理安排一日三餐，均衡为身体摄入营养补充易消化且高营养食物，不能吃生冷油腻、刺激性及含糖量过高的食物，不能暴饮暴食。家长多带孩子参加户外活动，如打球和慢跑等，但不能做剧烈运动，以免诱发癫痫。

过度疲劳或长时间睡眠不足会诱发癫痫发作，所以让孩子保持规律生活，合理安排学习和玩耍时间，保证有充足睡眠、避免熬夜，避免做重体力和重脑力活动。癫痫没有完全控制前，随时都有可能会发作，所以尽量不要让孩子在河边玩耍，过马路时要遵循交通规则，防止发生意外事故。
