小孩癫痫病能治好吗

去年十一月份，因病毒性脑膜炎在区医院治疗，后昏迷抽搐转院市医院，出院后没有一直吃医嘱德巴金，后来回家大概一个月抽搐了一次，就去省里千佛山检查，只检查出脑颅压大这一个问题。现在每周都会有一次病发，每次犯病时是感觉到鼻子呛水，严重时是面部抽搐。不知道这是不是癫痫，现在一直在吃德巴金。
