癫娴病要怎样检查出来

我儿子今年九岁。5月龄因癫痫在儿童医院诊断为结节性硬化。癫痫发作每天数十次。智力发育迟缓。服食抗癫痫药3年未见好转。后转服中药及中成药。症状仍反复。后服用雷帕鸣(西罗莫司)。每天1mg。持续2年。症状好转。癫痫每天发作约1次。近1个月来我儿子每天下午到傍晚时分哭闹不止。哭闹时食纳差，每次持续约2~3小时，过后与平时无异。因我儿子失语。未能问询。已行腹部B片，胸片检查未见异常。

癫痫病的患者绝大部分是可以要孩子的，而且所生孩子畸胎率很低，到达正常人水平。只有个别类型的癫痫质疑是基因问题，必须做隔代遗传分解代谢筛查后方才能选择能不能生。同时应在医生的指导下实施，以增加孩子和家长遭到不良影响。烟酒均能引起癫痫，尤其是饮酒坏处更大，慢性酒精中毒，可引来大脑皮层结构和功能发生改变，从而使癫痫发作。长期饮酒成瘾者，突然戒酒也可引来癫痫发作。酒精还可加快抗癫痫药物的分解代谢，减低血浓度而减低疗效。
