三、危险的全身性大发作：患者完全丧失意识，同时会跌倒在地上造成伤害;这个过程可能需要好几分钟，四肢和脸部常出现无法控制的痉挛。

四、小儿痉挛性点头：此类症状因幼儿比较多见，在婴儿刚睡醒时或将入睡时，会有点头的动作，看似在打瞌睡，一般连续十几次，连躺在床上都可以看得出来动作越大看的越明显

五、失去张力型发作：患者类似橡皮筋失去弹力一样，直接瘫软在地。

六、肌肉抽搐型发作：此类情况一时无法说明白。就一般而言，如果人平常在安静的状态下，忽然被人吓一跳导致全身一抖，和这类发作症状类似。
