癫痫儿童药物治疗注意事项?

对于癫痫的患病原因很多人都感觉莫名其妙，不知道是什么原因导致的癫痫发作。实际上导致癫痫的病因有很多，比如常见的遗传问题、还有一些脑外伤以及脑部疾病等，都可能引发癫痫疾病，我们能做的就是提前了解相关知识，做好预防，发现病情积极治疗，做好护理工作，帮助稳定恢复。那么当孩子患上癫痫病该怎么治疗?要注意什么呢?

癫痫儿童也是一个癫痫患者的高发人群，孩子的年纪比较小，身体发育不完全，机能不成熟，很容易受到外界的干扰导致病情的发生，带来的危害也是极大的，一定注意及时就诊治疗。我们临床最常见的治疗方法就数癫痫药物了，可调节性高，危险可控，所以也是癫痫儿童首选方案，需要注意的是以下几点。

1、孩子的发育比较快，每天的药量需要经过合理的计算服用，特别是一些发育比较快或者体重低于正常儿童的情况，要结合标准的体重服用具体的药量，注意定期复诊，方便医生了解患者的疗效以及患儿体内的血药浓度，从而进一步给出治疗方案。

2、至于一些刚出生几个月的宝宝，肝肾功能不育不完全，对于服用的癫痫药物代谢能力比较弱，长期服药可能导致蓄积中毒，所以定期的复诊检测宝宝的用药情况非常必要。

3、注意观察孩子用药之后的不良反应，充分考虑药物可能对孩子造成的不良影响，比如智力、认知功能等问题，如果对孩子的影响较大，需要在医生和家长权衡利弊之后再考虑是否换药治疗。

4、部分难治性癫痫儿童就需要考虑一些特殊的治疗方法，单一的药物治疗很可能效果不佳，可以考虑手术或者生酮饮食等。 不管是什么年龄段的患者，在治疗过程中都需要谨慎对待，对症治疗。

平时的生活当中也需要保持充足的休息，合理的饮食、不从事危险性的工作、不剧烈运动等等，有效防护，减少癫痫复发的可能性，降低病发带来的危害。
