小儿失神性癫痫有哪些症状

一、脑电图特点，小儿失神性癫痫的脑电图为两侧弥漫性同步、对称性每秒3次棘慢复合波，发作间期脑电图背景活动正常，可有节律性后头部δ活动。发作期为典型的双侧对称同步3hz棘慢波，棘慢波的频率在发作开始时不超过4i-iz，结束前不慢于2.7hz，一般持续8～10秒，通常不超过20秒。

二、小儿失神性癫痫起病年龄早，小儿失神性癫痫的起病年龄早，在4-8岁，高峰年龄为5岁左右，少数起病年龄可早至2岁，但晚期起病的失神一般不属于小儿失神性癫痫的范畴，是癫痫的症状。

三、小儿失神性癫痫的发作症状属于全身性发作的失神发作，发作暂短，持续5～10秒，不超过30秒，发作形式可为简单性失神或复杂性失神，但一般无肌阵挛性失神，节律性眨眼及后冲运动也很少见。临床表现为意识障碍突然发生，突然恢复，发作频率高，每日多次，一日可达数十次至数百次。发作时两眼凝视，不跌倒，发作后可继续原来的动作，患儿无任何异常感觉。诱发因素有过度换气、情绪因素和注意力改变等。

四、小儿失神性癫痫是一种反复发作性的以意识障碍、抽搐、知觉障碍、感觉异常、以至于精神、行为、情感以及内脏功能紊乱为基本特征的综合症。

　　温馨提示：对于癫痫病儿的睡眠，特别要注意保证充足，晚上不要熬夜，养成每日按时睡眠的良好习惯，因为睡眠不足是一个常见的诱发癫痫发作的因素。如果有条件，癫痫病儿中午最好能午睡。另外，还要注意睡眠姿势，养成仰卧或侧卧的睡眠姿态，尽量避免俯卧睡姿，特别是夜间发作频繁的儿童更应避免。癫痫患者存在睡眠障碍时，由于睡眠障碍能够降低癫痫发作阈值，可能引起癫痫发作的次数增加，因此对于睡眠障碍应当进行必要的药物治疗。镇静催眠药物既可治疗某些类型的睡眠障碍，又可以协同治疗癫痫患者的睡眠障碍。成都军医脑瘫医院
