⒊老年人要强身健体：身体才是革命的本钱，老年人就更要注意自己的身体保健。随着年龄的增长，老年人身体也会出现衰竭，所以要多锻炼身体，预防老年人高血压、动脉硬化造成的继发性癫痫病。
