(1)针灸

①体针

取穴：主穴：背三针、鸠尾、筋缩、腰奇、间使、额三针、丰隆。配穴：中脉、照海、神门、关元、三阴交、足三里、太渊、三冲、膻中、血海。

治法：以主穴为主，每次酌情选用4～6穴。背上针取0.6～1.5寸芒针循督脉透刺，如神道透阳关，神道透大椎，腰奇透阴关。进针后中等频率(120次/分)捻转1分钟。额三针为双侧眉冲穴沿膀胱经透刺二针，取此连线为底边的等腰三角形，另一顶点沿督脉透针。余穴邪实用泻法，体虚用补法，留针15分钟，每日1次或隔日1次。

疗效：经上方治疗124例，配合三元辨证疗法，显效85例，有效28例，无效11例，总有效率为91.06%。

②头针

取穴：癫痫穴，顶中线，额中线，顶旁线，枕上正中线，颞后斜线。

癫痫穴位置：风池内1寸上1寸，斜方肌尽头处。

治法：进针后用G-6805治疗仪通低频脉冲电30分钟，发作严重者可适当延长通电时间。通电以麻感达到前额为好，亦可在脑电图病灶部位进行针刺通电。隔日1次。

中医在治疗癫痫上具有明显的优势，我院治疗本病38235例，1个月为1疗程，一般治疗6个疗程。结果：显效38200例，有效36438例，效差20例，无效15例，总有效率为95.3%，治愈率80.3%。由于癫痫病人的病程很长，我们只观察了近期疗效.今后需长期随访，确定远期效果...
