癫痫病治疗所有的药品哪种良效

　　现在有不少人都患上了癫痫病，受到癫痫病的伤害，因此这对于家庭来说是一个特别沉重的打击，由于癫痫病是一种慢性的脑部疾病，所以父母们都非常担心孩子会因为癫痫病的影响，而耽误孩子的一生，因为孩子今后的路还特别长，不希望孩子受到一点点的伤害。

　　传统抗癫痫药物(如苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥)虽有一定临床疗效，但是副作用较多如齿龈增生、毛发增多、致畸率高、多动、注意力不集中等，患者不易耐受。抗癫痫新药(如拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、托吡酯、奥卡西平等)不仅临床疗效肯定，而且副作用小，患者容易耐受。

　　目前常选用的药物包括传统抗癫痫药中的卡马西平、丙戊酸钠等，新型抗癫痫药如拉莫三嗪、托吡酯、奥卡西平等，这些抗癫痫药物比苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥等老药安全性好，副作用小，是癫痫患者较理想的选择。癫痫的治疗主张单药治疗，从小剂量开始，如单药无效，可考虑加用或换用另一种抗癫痫药。如确实认为一种药物对该病人无效或副作用过大，需更换另一种药物时，须逐渐替换。

　　一般临床上用药比较多的是，拉莫三嗪、利必通、托吡酯、妥泰、奥卡西平曲莱、丙戊酸钠、苯妥英楠、德巴金。如果患者用药物进行控制治疗，我建议您一定要定期做血药浓度的检查，因为药物的毒副作用是非常强烈的，如果盲目治疗控制。可能变成了顽固性癫痫。

　　对于治疗癫痫病，在选择药物治疗时应该选择适合患者的药品，同时还要选择对患者伤害对小的药品，像孩子因为年龄小，所以不要用副作用太大的药，不要因为治疗效果好就用，要考虑到孩子的将来。
