什么是原发性癫痫病

其实原发性癫痫也叫特发性癫痫，无器质性病变并具有遗传倾向的癫痫。它是一组特定的癫痫综合症，对于儿童，往往和年龄有密切关系，有些与遗传因素有关系，并且预后良好。

少数原发性癫痫患者有明显的家族史。另有不少患者，其亲属民无发作，却有类似的异常脑电图。遗传因素似属于不规则性的常染色体显性类型;少数可能为隐性。所遗传者并非疾病本身而为发作的预致性，在内、外环境变化的条件下产生发作。此类病痛也称为遗传性癫痫、隐原性颜痛、普通性癫痫等。那原发性癫痫的诱因有哪些呢?

①生理和一般环境因素，性腺功能有一定影响。在妇女绝经期，各种类型发作均常较平日频聚，少数患者仅在经前期或经期中有发作;个别患者仅在妊娠期中有发作。甲亢或服用甲状腺素也能促成发作。不少患者的发作和睡―醒周期有关：有的仅在或大多在日间发作：有的在夜间;有的仅在睡中;有的多在晨醒时：其他环境因素包括感染、中毒、疲劳、酗酒、便秘、睡眠不足、过敏反应，以及突然停服或更换抗痈药物等均可促成癫痫的发作。

②特殊诱发因素。对于个别患者，有时仅某种特定环境因素能促成发作。此类因素大都属于感觉刺激：例如强光或闪光，阅读，注视，某种声音，某种音乐，触或，叩及身体某处、本身动作，内脏感觉等。
