发作性朦胧状态：为癫痫发作本身所表现的一种独立发作类型，有的可发生在癫痫大发作之后，可伴有精神紊乱或自动症表现，可有生动的幻觉，有时出现暴怒、冲动、逃跑、攻击等。

精神分裂症样发作：在抗癫痫药物治疗过程中突然出现明显的幻觉和妄想。患者意识清晰、定向力好，往往表现很不安宁，吵闹不休，动作过多，有时显得有些紧张，一般思维活动正常。发作后可出现遗忘。

病理性心境恶劣：通常在意识清晰状态下发生，持续数小时或数日、数周。在无明显意识障碍情况下，突然发生的心境变化、情绪低沉、感觉全身不适、焦虑、抑郁、苦闷、愤怒、激惹、欣快或不自在感，对周围一切都感到不满意，挑剔找岔。抑郁时可产生自杀观念和行为。
