儿童癫痫病真的可以治愈吗

　　另外，在儿童癫痫病的治疗上，应该把握以下几个方面：选择适宜的抗癫痫药物治疗，这是基本的原则。但是，儿童的治疗需要特别关注几个方面：对于某些具有良性预后的癫痫综合征，如果发作稀少，例如每年的发作平均少于1次，则可以不服药物，观察随诊;由于儿童期处在学习知识的关键阶段，选择对于智能影响小或者没有影响的药物;对于难治性病例，需要非常谨慎的评价，才决定是否进行手术治疗。
