方法二

进行详细地产前诊断和新生儿期筛查，对一些能引起智力低下和癫痫的严重遗传性疾病，或者患某种遗传性疾病伴发癫痫的胎儿，可以决定终止妊娠的必要性，这样就可以减少这类癫痫的发生。对于继发性癫痫应预防其明确的特殊病因，产前注意母体健康，减少感染，营养缺乏及各系统疾病，使胎儿少受不良影响。
