5.强直发作：这种发作状态是一种发作性僵直的强烈的肌收缩。

6.复杂部分性发作：在发作先兆结束后患者表现出、部分性或完全性对环境接触不良，做出一些似是而非的动作，也就是自动症。

7.肌阵挛发作：表现出突然的触电一样，肌肉收缩，一般体现在患者的躯干、肢体或至全身。

8.失神发作：患者意识会短时间内中断，并且会停止此前的所有活动，双目凝视。事后清醒，对发作过程完全没有记忆。
