3、老年癫痫病一旦得到确诊，就要积极的治疗。在临床上需要根据不同的发作类型，在医师的指导之下选择用药，定期监测血常规、肝肾功能等。若是部分性发作首选抗癫痫药物，原发性全身发作及部分性发作继全身发作首选抗癫痫药物。
