1、饮食合理：癫痫的护理而言，必须要先从患者的饮食开始，患者千万不可暴饮暴食。过度饥饿使血糖水平降低，而低血糖往往诱发癫痫发作，而过饱后血糖水平会快速升高，体内胰岛素分泌增加，加速葡萄糖代谢，血糖水平先高后低，波动很大，也会诱发癫痫;暴饮暴食，过度饮水使胃部过度牵张，从而导致癫痫复发。

2、睡眠充足：癫痫患者务必要注意避免劳累，并且保证有的睡眠，患者睡眠不足对于癫痫的治疗效果有很大的影响。过度劳累使全身肌肉代谢加快，致使体内乳酸堆积，血液偏酸;过度脑力劳动使脑局部乳酸增加，血液偏酸，会影响脑细胞正常活动，从而导致癫痫的复发

3、娱乐活动：适当的娱乐活动对于癫痫病的治疗有很大的帮助，如果患者病情足够稳定，患者可以进行一些体育活动，从而增加神经细胞的稳定性，减少癫痫的复发次数。

　　长期或严重的糖尿病，可能导致神经细胞内脱水，酶活性改变，细胞内外间隙电解质失衡和糖代谢中间产物积聚，而严重影响脑细胞的功能，甚至出现许多严重的中枢神经系统损害，激发脑神经元异常放电而导致癫痫发作。临床上常以局限性运动性发作为多见，其次还有大发作和持续状态等。频繁的癫痫病发病的原因
