3、随即松开羊癫疯病人的衣领，将病人头偏一侧，使口腔分泌物自行流出，防止口水误入气道，引起吸入性肺炎。同时，还要把羊癫疯病人下颌托起，防止因窝脖使舌头堵塞气管。

4、羊癫疯发作时不要强行喂水或强行按压肢体。

5、要保护羊癫疯病人勿摔伤，跌伤。抽搐病人不可用力按压肢体，以免骨折。注意心脏，呼吸情况，把维持生命放在首位。

6、对羊癫疯持续发作状态者要给予羊癫疯病人吸氧，抽搐后呼吸未能及时恢复应作人工呼吸。并及时送医院抢救。

7、羊癫疯病人羊癫疯后，要让其休息，并注意其情况，以防连续发作。
