羊癫疯发作时不要强行喂水或强行按压肢体,应刺激或点压人中、合谷、足三里、涌泉等穴位。.保证患者呼吸畅通。羊癫疯发作时应立即扶病人侧卧防止摔倒、碰伤,然后解开其领带、衣扣、腰带等,保持呼吸道通畅;让病人保持头侧立,使唾液和呕吐物尽量流出口外。为防止病人把舌咬伤,可将手帕卷成卷或用一双筷子缠上布条塞入其上下牙之间。病人抽搐时,不要用力按压病人肢体,以免造成骨折或扭伤。
