癫痫病发作时要怎么急救

1、有癫痫病史者，必须按医嘱规律性地服用抗癫痫药物，切忌擅自减量或停服，否则会造成癫痫病复发或持续发作。必要时一定要立即拨打"120"急救电话，请医生前来急救。

2、癫痫大发作时，患者意识丧失，跌倒后可造成外伤，痉挛时又可导致关节脱位、骨折、昏迷，可引起吸入性肺炎、窒息等。如果短期内癫痫大发作接连发生，如果患者始终呈昏迷状态，则叫癫痫持续状态，必须及时抢救。

3、癫痫大发作开始，应立即扶患者侧卧防止摔倒、碰伤。然后解开其领带、衣扣、胸罩、腰带，保持呼吸道通畅。

4、头侧立，使唾液和呕吐物尽量流出口外。取下假牙，以免误吸入呼吸道。防止舌咬伤，可将手帕卷成或用一双筷子缠上布条塞入其上下牙之间。

5、抽搐时，不要用力按压患者肢体，以免引起骨折或扭伤。发作过后昏睡不醒，尽可能减少搬动，让患者适当休息，可给吸氧气。已摔倒在地的患者，应检查有无外伤，如有外伤，应根据具体情况进行处理。
