同时，由于服用抗癫痫多是从小剂量开始，所以达到血中;稳态浓度;的时间就更长。因此，临床口服抗癫痫，至少都必须观察数天(多为7～10天)才能判断该是否有效，切不可因服用1-2天后发作得不到控制就随便加或换。
