2、儿童癫痫大发作：常见癫痫大发作，失神发作和精神病的形式。大发作发病率最高，发作时突然神志丧失，呼吸停止，口吐白沫，四肢抽动，可能伴有舌咬伤和尿失禁(排尿不受控制)，历时1～5贫嘴，抽动停止后入睡。醒后头痛、无力，对发作无记忆这是儿童癫痫症状。

3、儿童癫痫小发作失神小发作表现为突然发生和突然中止的短暂意识障碍，不抽动。儿童癫痫初期的症状是什么呢?在发作的时候，儿童患者会静止不动，脸色会略有苍白，言语活动暂停，手不能握住物品，有时会站不稳。发病一般在2至10分钟后发生。

4、儿童癫痫局限性发作。一侧口角、眼睑、手指、足趾或一侧面部及肢体末端短阵性抽搐或麻木刺痛。抽搐有时可由手指至上肢扩展到对侧。儿童癫痫精神运动性发作。儿童癫痫病症状类似失神小发作，但持续1分钟以上。或出现多种幻觉、错觉、无意识的动作，如吸吮、咀嚼、咂嘴、脱衣、解纽扣等。
