女性癫痫病反复发作的原因是什么？

　　3、天气变化多端，有时患者会感到忽冷忽热的，是很容易患上感冒的。大脑患者需要保暖，但是也不能长时间待在封闭闷热的环境中，这样很容易造成呼吸不畅，大脑缺氧，而引起脑供血不足，引发癫痫。癫痫患者应该保暖之后换换透气性好的房间待会，冬季是癫痫病高发期，癫痫患者一般不要独处。

　　温馨提示，癫痫患者在生活中要注意生活规律，有个好的作息时间。在日常的生活中也要进行适当的体育锻炼。要时刻的保持着饮食富含营养，并且易于消化，多吃蔬菜，并要适当地限制水分和盐分。要多吃脂肪少碳水化合物，对于消除发作和减少发作频度有一定作用。要避免暴饮暴食，禁用烟酒等刺激性食品。癫痫的病因不同，治疗方法也并不完全相同，还是要确定患者的病因在哪，做到对症下药。
