癫痫病发作时该如何hold住

癫痫僵直期一般持续数秒至半分钟，转为阵挛期，此期全身肌肉呈有节律的强烈收缩，呼吸恢复，随呼吸口中喷出白沫或血沫，尿失禁，病人发作持续时间在2-3分钟，多可达7-8分钟。但是当病人抽搐倒地时，患者家属或救助者若在附近，要立即上前扶住病人，尽量让病人慢慢倒下以免跌伤，还要将有害物品远离患者，能急救癫痫病发作的方法。

趁病人嘴巴未紧闭之前，迅速将手绢、纱布等卷成卷，千万不要把自己的手放到患者嘴里，这样是错误也给自己带来了不必要的伤害。在癫痫病患者发作的时候不要强行给其灌药，癫痫病发作时为免使病人再受刺激，不要采用针刺、指陷人中穴的抢救方法。

癫痫病人在发作前有先驱自觉症状，其次癫痫家属也应该学会观察癫痫病患者的脸色和各种行为，若是感到癫痫病患者要发作的时候，要带癫痫病患者离开水池或是车辆多的地方，带患者去安静人少的地方。

癫痫小发作时，患者表现为短暂的意识丧失，通常只有几秒钟，没有抽搐痉挛，脸色发白或发红，小孩表现原地打转等，一般容易被人忽视。
