癫痫病的致病原因是什么

　　前几年患上了癫痫病，但是也不知道它什么时候会忽然发作，请问癫痫病发病原因是什么?在以前也是医者讨论并且追寻这个问题，经过各类临床反应观察后，现今医学领域，已经有了一个共同的医学认识，那么具体情况是怎样的，可见如下内容：

　　癫痫发病原因有先天因素跟后天因素，后天因素占据主导，饮食起居因素，精神因素，劳作因素，跌仆产伤，这些伤害极易形成各种内外伤害，尤其是脑部受损，如遇到适当条件，便会导致癫痫。着眼于病因，预防癫痫的发生，控制发作是减少癫痫对患者躯体、心理和社会的不良影响。

　　1、癫痫是由大脑中神经元的异常放电结果，症状性癫痫主要是由中枢神经系统的结构损伤或异常功能引起的，如脑损伤、脑血管疾病、脑肿瘤、中枢神经系统感染、寄生虫病、遗传性代谢疾病、皮质发育障碍、神经系统退行性疾病、药物和毒物会引起癫痫发作。目前，特发性癫痫的病因尚不清楚，与遗传因素密切相关。

　　2、有意外事故可以导致癫痫，比如一氧化碳中毒，或者说在手术时候进行麻醉偶发意外，发生了导致大脑的缺氧，引起大脑神经系统受到损害，就会出现癫痫。

　　3、另外，新陈代谢以及内分泌的障碍，比如尿毒症、高尿素氮血症、肝性脑病、低血糖、碱中毒，甲状旁腺功能亢进，水潴留等也会引发癫痫。还有心血管疾病，比如心脏骤停、高血压脑病等也会引发癫痫。

　　4、再有患者，主要是由于热性惊厥也可以诱发成为癫痫。另外，乙醇的中毒、氯中毒、樟脑中毒、重金属铅或重金属汞等，对于神经系统的损害同样是比较巨大，有些患者也是在中毒以后会表现为癫痫的症状。

　　5、还有一种叫做隐源性癫病，是指目前尚未找到肯定致病原因的癫痫类别，但是随着科学技术的发展，尤其是基因和分子医学的广泛应用，快速发展的情况下，隐源性癫痫在逐渐减少，所以不需要过于担心。
