　　1、患儿屏气发作，此症状多发于6到18个月婴儿。典型表现是当小儿在啼哭的时候，会出现立即呼吸停止的症状，青紫和全身肌张力低下。可能会出现短暂意识障碍，一般情况不会超过1分钟。当小儿呼吸自由后便会恢复正常。与癫痫的区别在于本病明显以啼哭为诱因，意识丧失前先有呼吸暂停及青紫，正常情况下5岁后不再发作。

　　2、晕厥，是由于暂时性的脑血流灌注不足所引起的一过性意识障碍。随着年长儿多见，尤其是青春期。常常发生在患儿持久站立，或是蹲着时突然站立，以及剧痛、劳累、阵发性心律不整、家族性QT间期延长等情况。晕厥到来前，患儿常常会有眼前发黑、苍白、出汗、头晕、无力等现象，紧接着会出现短暂意识丧失，偶尔会有肢体强直或抽动，清醒后对意识障碍无记忆，并有比较强烈的疲惫感。与癫痫不同，晕厥患者意识丧失和倒地均逐渐发生，发作中少有躯体损伤，头竖直一平卧倾斜试验呈阳性反应。

　　3、偏头痛，偏头痛是小儿时期反复头痛发作的主要病因。典型的偏头痛症状主要表现为视觉先兆、呕吐、偏侧性头痛、嗜睡腹和痛等。儿童普通型偏头痛比较多，无任何征兆，每次头痛的部位也不固定。患儿常有偏头痛家族史，易伴恶心、呕吐等胃肠症状。实际在临床上极少有单纯的头痛性或腹痛性癫痫者，偏头痛决不会合并惊厥性发作或自动症，EEG中也不会有局灶性痫性波发放。
