1、良性家族性新生儿癫痫病

良性家族型新生儿癫痫病通常是家族性疾病，多在出生后2-3天至数周内起病，也有个别患儿会在出生后的3个月出现频繁的惊厥发作，其发作形式为部分性或全身性，可表现为阵挛性、强直性抽搐或呼吸暂停。

2、儿童枕部放电灶癫痫

儿童枕部放电灶癫痫的发病年龄自15个月-17岁，其发作是以视觉症状开始，如黑朦、光幻觉，接着出现半侧阵挛、精神运动型发作或全身性强直。其中，阵挛发作后常伴有恶心、呕吐、头痛，可在入睡或清醒时发作，青春期后可自动停止发作，但有7%的患儿可转变成其他类型发作。

3、良性少年肌阵挛癫痫

良性少年肌阵挛癫痫通常在少年期发病，且有遗传倾向。其发作表现为肢体肌阵挛性抽动，常在晨醒或午睡醒来时发作，自发频繁，尤以疲劳时显着，睡眠时消失，无意识障碍，光、声、睡眠剥夺可诱发。

4、小儿良性感情性癫痫

小儿良性感情性癫痫多在3-10岁起病，其发作以恐慌、叫喊等情感症状为主，可有咀嚼、吞咽等自动症，发作时意识不丧失，大多数患儿在15岁之前会停止发作。
