病人发生癫痫发作会引起哪些神经心理变化

(1)智力障碍。顽固性癫痫病人最为常见。以钝智者居多，严重者达到低能和愚鲁，少部分病人智商达中智水平，而睿智和痴愚者甚少。

(2)语言障碍。主要表现言语表达、言语交流和言语运用能力的下降。病人难用丰富的语言描述事物和表达自己的感情，严重者可出现说话费力、发音不清或出现错语。

(3)运动障碍。发生机会少，很少发生肢体完全性瘫痪(除非运动区)。只有在长时间的精细运动和协调运动中才能反映出轻微或轻度的运动功能障碍。

(4)注意力和记忆障碍。病人表现注意力难集中，表现呆板、固定、兴趣减少而注意力又僵于某物某事，对新的学习内容难以掌握，学习成绩差。

(5)情绪和人格障碍。病人伴有思维方式简单，具体思维和抽象思维能力下降，联想和辩别能力不足。表现情绪难以控制，容易在瞬间发生明显波动，强烈兴奋或紧张，出可出现抑郁、焦虑等。

(6)认知障碍。病灶位于顶枕叶，可出现视觉空间失认症，面孔认知障碍和颜色辩认困难。颞叶癫痫可出现视物变形、错觉和幻觉。

(7)社会适应能力障碍。表现学习成绩差，难以完成正常学业，工作技能差而且人际关系紧张，就业困难。有明显人格和精神改变，性行为改变，使家庭发生很多矛盾，常是造成婚姻破裂和家庭解体的主要问题。
