2：养成良好的生活习惯，对饮食以及起居都要规范。继发性癫痫患者在生活中一定要注意饮食的护理，不可过饥过饱，不可暴饮暴食，要有节制的饮食，而且尽量吃清淡易消化的食物，多吃新鲜的蔬菜以及水果。在起居上一定要规律，要按时作息，确保充足的睡眠，避免过度劳累。

对于癫痫没有得到控制，发作较频繁的患者来说，要适当限制室内活动，对于患者的卧床也要加护栏，以免睡眠期间发作跌伤。在发现患者有发作先兆的，应让患者在安全的地方平躺下来，用纱布或是咬舌棒放在患者的上下磨牙之间，防止患者咬伤。
