2.依据病史资料。这是癫痫诊断的主要手段之一，因发作时多有意识障碍，故除向患者了解病史外，还应向家人或目睹患者发作者做补充了解。在癫痫病诊断过程中，注意询问初次发作年龄、发作情况及以后的发作频度、发作时间、发作场合，有无先兆，哪一部位首先出现症状，发作时有无意识障碍、口吐白沫、面色青紫、瞳孔散大、病理反射、自伤、外伤、失禁，发作后有无肢体瘫痪、无力、神经系统体征等。
