②心源性晕厥：包括心律失常、病态窦房结综合征、主动脉狭窄、先天性心脏病、原发性肺动脉高压、心绞痛与急性心肌梗塞等。

③脑源性晕厥：包括脑部血循环障碍、局部供血不足、神经组织本身病变、颅脑损伤等。
