　　2、额叶眶面癫痫：以自动症、幻嗅、自主神经症状或尿失禁开始的复杂局灶性发作。发作期脑电图为低平节律性棘波。继而变为弥漫性 ( 常需用特殊电极 ) 。常见病因为外伤和胶质瘤。

　　3、额叶背外侧癫痫：有转动动作和失语的单纯部分性强直性发作或以自动症开始的复杂部分性发作。常见病因为外伤、星形细胞瘤和少枝胶质细胞瘤。

　　4、额叶癫痫发作时意识损伤可有可无。发作快结束时常有手或面部的阵挛性抽动。发作结束突然，可立即恢复正常。即使继发全身性惊厥，发作后临床和EEG抑制期仍然比其他全身性惊厥发作短暂。夜间发作常见，并多为成串发作。如发作持续时间较长，头、眼偏斜可转向另一侧，因此头、眼偏斜方向与发作起源侧并不完全一致。

　　5、额叶癫痫的特点为单纯部分性发作、复杂部分性发作以及继发性全身性发作或这些发作的混合发作，发作通常一天数次且常在睡眠时发作。额叶部分发作有时可与精神因素引起的发作相混淆，癫痫持续状态是常见的合并症。
