4、成年癫痫患者要注意生活科学有规律，饮食习惯的健康。如避免睡眠缺乏，减少出现过度疲劳症状，不要让精神过度紧张。注意饮食习惯，如不要过度饮酒和酗酒者突然戒酒都应避免。同时，成年癫痫应该长期规律的服药，适当体育锻炼，增强体质。
