癫痫病患者进行急救需要什么措施?

癫痫发作是指脑神经元异常和过度超同步化放电所造成的临床现象。由于癫痫发作的突然性，很多患者家属在病人癫痫发作时往往束手无策。那么，面对癫痫发作，我们能做些什么?下面就让我们一起来了解下癫痫发作的急救措施。

(1)癫痫发作时，迅速让病人仰卧，不要垫枕头，把缠有纱布的压舌板(或毛巾等)垫在上下牙齿间，以防病人自己咬伤舌头。

(2)解开患者衣领，将病人头偏向一侧，使口腔分泌物自行流出，避免呼吸道的分泌物造成呼吸道阻塞或吸入性肺炎，保持患者呼吸顺畅。

(3)阵挛期时，可适当按压患者四肢大关节处(如肩、肘、髋、膝)，限制其抽动幅度。避免患者因为四肢肌肉收缩，造成的关节脱臼和四肢擦伤。不要过度用力，强行按压，以免造成患者肌肉关节的损伤或骨折。

(4)癫痫发作时还要将患者腰带解开，防止戴假牙的患者活动中的假牙被吞下或堵塞气管。

(5)大发作抽搐停止后，有些患者处于昏睡状态，要过几分钟、几十分钟甚至几个小时才能恢复正常，这段时间需让患者安静入睡。

癫痫发作时，患者往往不能控制自己的行动，对患者造成很大的危害。作为癫痫患者的家属，不但要做好癫痫患者的日常护理，还要学会癫痫发作的急救措施。如遇癫痫连续发作，出现癫痫持续状态，要将病人及时送到癫痫病医院进行抢救。
